Personal biography:

Robert Hartner (Captain Bob) graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Political Science. He is a commercial boat captain with a 100 ton Master's license. Captain Bob has made Hilton Head Island his home for nearly eighteen years. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia and grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
